Hammersmith & Fulham Civic Campus. My assignment with Veretec has included the technical delivery of the building envelope working alongside contractor Ardmore and in collaboration with heritage consultants. This new, high-quality Civic Project is seen as a catalyst for the wider regeneration of West Kings Street and is set for completion in 2024.

This emerging project occupies a rather difficult site in Margate colloquially known as ‘back land’. The scheme comprises 21 two bedroom four person apartments and 4 two bedroom family houses.
Historically, the site was carved into long gardens until the early 1900’s when portions were sold off for building new single storey bungalows. Then later in the 20th Century light industrial uses began to occupy the site.
This is going to be a challenging project as we approach planning.
